We mill our own buckwheat flour using the most advanced early-season varieties grown in Okura Village, which is part of the "Most Beautiful Villages in Japan" Association, and cook carefully selected rice from all over the Tohoku region in a clay pot. Please enjoy the deliciousness of our ingredients grilled over binchotan charcoal with all five senses. We pursue the flavors of the seasons that are rooted in Japanese food culture, and provide you with a blissful time with your loved ones.
